The Anti-Christ is Coming… to Kickstarter

The chronicles of the Anti-Christ in a graphic novel.

What if the Anti-Christ wanted no part in the end of the world? This is the question that Samantha, a woman who was genetically engineered by terrorists to bring about the End of Days wants answered. She is a pariah, trying to kill herself, but the devil won’t let her die.

Anti-Christ is a graphic novel written by James Mascia and illustrated by Osiris Junior, with 2 covers by Daniel Leister (Hack/Slash) and Mike Crome (Zenescope). Originally appearing as a successful webcomic on Webtoon.com, Dren Productions is now running a Kickstarter to put it into print. Our goal is to print 1,000 copies to fulfill backer rewards and have stock left over to bring to conventions for the next year.

It is our goal at Dren Productions to provide quality stories with great artwork to our fans, and Anti-Christ has gotten great reviews from both fans and critics. @kleffnotes from The Nerdy Girl Express said, "...what I loved was that the audience is learning alongside Samantha. We don’t know entirely what led to her creation or how she was able to survive..."

We are offering backers of this project, not only copies of the book, but also the chance to have the author, James Mascia, write a comic script for you. The length of the script will be determined by the level of the pledge. There are other great rewards planned as well, including extra incentive rewards for early backers.

The Kickstarter went live on April 3rd, 2017. We ask that people check out our page, and if they cannot pledge, to share our campaign on their social media with the #AntiChrist as a hashtag. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/drenproductions/1490631671?token=78b1dc1c

James Mascia is the writer of several comics including The Poe Murders and High School Heroes, as well as many stories including The Curse of Frankenstein and City of Darkness.

Dren Productions is a publishing company committed to providing quality, sci-fi, fantasy and horror to our fans, with a little humor on the side. We want all our fans to “live the dream.”
